Diversions and stresses are some of the terms used to describe the constant barrage of information that bombards our thoughts in today's fast-paced society. Mental clutter makes it hard to focus, which can show up as racing thoughts and negative self-talk. Consequently, we might cultivate the mentality of a "inner curator."
The Inner Curator The curator of the museum acts as a guide and advisor to the artwork in order to illuminate the works of art and exhibit them; in other words, they curate the space in our minds. The deliberate choice of what we allow into our minds and how we process it is also mentioned.
Decluttering Your Mental Space: You can have a better understanding of the sources of clutter by modeling the process of decluttering your mental space. Examples include unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, or just having too much information. We can model filtering it once we have a solid grasp of the sources.

The continuous process of your inner supervisory function is to become your own inner curator. It requires courage and constant work. But the benefits outweigh the costs. You can live a more comfortable and fulfilling life by carefully designing and curating spaces.
